“Toyo Tires Limited Edition Angpao Survey (“Survey”) is organised by Toyo Tyre Sales and Marketing Sdn Bhd (“TOYO”). By entering this survey, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and TOYO. TOYO reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Survey Eligibility:
• The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
• The Survey is only open for participants who are the Toyo Fan Club members.
• The participant is only eligible for one redemption per I/C number.
• TOYO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activities.
• By participating in the survey and accepting the redemption, the participant acknowledge that he or she has read, understood and agree to these teams and conditions and all decisions made by TOYO.
Survey Period:
• This Survey will commence from 15th January, 2024 and end on 31st January, 2024 (‘Survey Period’).
• All survey responses received after the end date will not be eligible for this survey.
• TOYO may at its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, change or suspend the Survey Period at any time without any prior notice.
Survey Submission:
To participate in this survey , please follow the steps below:
• The participant must complete the survey located at : https://toyotires-myfanclub.com/event/cny-angpao-giveaway/
• The participant must provide complete information in the survey.
• The Angpao will be delivered to your given address after your submission is verified, within 7-14 working days. The Angpao will be on a first come first serve basis.
Redemption Terms & Conditions:
• Upon completing the survey, the first 50 eligible participants will receive the 3x packs of Angpaos.
• This redemption is only limited to the first 50 lucky members who are on first come first basis. It is subject to availability and may be subject to change at the discretion of TOYO.
• No replacement or exchange or cash refund will be entertained by TOYO.
• TOYO shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising from the failure to receiving the Angpao within the stipulated period.
• TOYO reserves the right to substitute the Angpao with others of similar value at any time without prior notice. All items are non-transferable and non-negotiable. The items are given on an “As Is” basis and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, other items, or vouchers.
• TOYO decision on all matters relating to this Survey shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
• Any dispute will be settled through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
• TOYO reserves the right to cease, suspend and/or call off this Survey at its sole discretion and as it deems fit and appropriate.
Privacy and Data Usage :
• All personal information collected during the survey will be used, kept, shared and / or published in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
