3.1 How to participate?

Step 1: Purchase a minimum of two (2) or four (4) Toyo tyres (Proxes Series, 17 inches and above) in a single receipt from any participating authorised dealers of TOYO during the Promotion Period.

Step 2: Scan the QR code on the tent card and register or log in as a member of the Toyo Tires Malaysia Fan Club.

Step 3: Register for the Toyo Warranty Plus (TWP) program and upload your proof of purchase/receipt during the Promotion Period. Upon successful submission, the submission will be automatically submitted for verification for this Promotion.

Proof of purchase/receipt must be clear and legible and in the form of official printed receipt. Handwritten receipt will not be accepted.

Step 5:  Once your submission is verified, you will receive a TNG eWallet Reload PIN via SMS within ten (10) working days.

3.2 Promotion Prizes

3.2.1 The TNG eWallet Reload PIN received by Eligible Participants upon successful and verified submission can only be used on the TNG e-Wallet Mobile App. These Reload PINs are not valid for use through any other platform or method.

3.2.2 The availability of TNG eWallet Reload PINs is limited and offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. TOYO shall not be held responsible for any failure to receive a Reload PIN due to stock unavailability.

3.2.3 The TNG eWallet Reload PIN will only be sent to the phone number registered with Toyo Tires Malaysia Fan Club.  TOYO will not entertain any claims, corrections, or compensation in the event of invalid, incorrect, or outdated phone numbers provided during the submission process.

3.2.4 In the event that delivery of the TNG eWallet Reload PIN fails after three (3) attempts, the Reload PIN shall be automatically forfeited without any prior notice. TOYO shall not be held liable for such forfeiture under any circumstances.

3.2.5 The participant must redeem the TNG eWallet Reload PIN within one month (“Redemption Period”) from the date of issuance. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure redemption of the TNG eWallet Reload PIN within the Redemption Period.

3.2.6 After the Redemption Period, the TNG eWallet Reload PIN shall be expired and null and void, and no further redemption shall be possible. No extensions, reissuance, or alternative compensations will be provided for expired TNG eWallet Reload PINs.

3.2.7 TOYO shall not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the failure to redeem the TNG eWallet Reload PIN within the Redemption Period and/or any act and/or negligence and/or omission of the participant.

3.3 Other Terms & Conditions

3.3.1 All submissions are subject to verification. TOYO reserves the right to delay the issuance of any rewards for the purposes of investigation and may, at its sole discretion, refuse to verify and/or process any submission that deemed to be fraudulent, suspicious and/or in violation of these terms and conditions.

3.3.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete and truthful. TOYO reserves the right to reject any submissions with incomplete or inaccurate details, duplicate entries, or receipts that are damaged, torn or illegible.

Any submission containing false, altered, or misleading information will be considered a violation of our campaign terms and conditions. Participants involved in such misconduct will have their entries rejected, be permanently disqualified from joining any future Toyo Tires promotions and may be referred to the relevant authorities for further action.

3.3.3 All rewards are limited in quantity and available strictly on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last. TOYO shall not be held liable for unavailability of rewards once all units have been redeemed.

3.3.4 All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable. TOYO will not entertain any request for replacement, exchange, or cash refund.

3.3.5 TOYO reserves the right to substitute the TNG eWallet Reload PIN with other prizes at any time without prior notice. All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, other items, or vouchers.

3.3.6 TOYO decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence, appeal or dispute will be entertained.

3.3.7 Any disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

3.3.8 TOYO reserves the right to cease, suspend and/or call off this Promotion at its sole discretion as it deems fit and appropriate, without prior notice or liability to any party.

3.3.9 By participating in the Promotion, all participants expressly and unconditionally: –

• consent for TOYO to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion.

• consent for TOYO to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that TOYO sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and

• grant TOYO the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use, reproduce and publish any photographs, videos, or other images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purposes, without any payment or compensation or further notice.
