“Toyo Tires Birthday Month Promotion” (“Promotion”) is organised by Toyo Tyre Sales and Marketing Sdn Bhd (“TOYO”).

By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, which shall form a valid and binding agreement between you and TOYO.

TOYO reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Promotion Eligibility:

• The participant must be a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number (12-digit) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
• The participant must purchase a minimum of two (2) pieces of Toyo Tyres at any authorised and/or participating Toyo Tires Premium Auto Centre (TPAC) or Toyo Tires Auto Centre (TAC) via this link .
• The participant is only eligible for one redemption per I/C number.

Promotion Period:

• This Promotion will commence from 1st September 2023 until 31st December 2024 at its sole discretion without any liability (‘Promotion Period’).
• TOYO may at its sole and absolute discretion to change the Promotion Period at any time without any prior notice.

Promotion Submission:

To participate in this Contest, please follow the steps below:

1. The participant must purchase a minimum of 2 pieces of Toyo tyres between the 1st of the participant’s birthday month and the 31st of the following month (“Birthday Month”) and within the Promotion Period at any authorized and/or participating Toyo Tires outlet to be eligible for this Promotion. You may check your nearest Toyo Tires outlets at this link. For illustration purpose, if the participant’s birthday falls on 22nd September 2023, he/she may submit for this Promotion should he/she purchases a minimum of 2 pieces of Toyo tyres at any authorized Toyo Tires outlet between 1st September 2023 to 31st October 2024, subject always to the Promotion Period.
2. The participant shall register or login as a Toyo Fan Club Member.
3. The participant is to fill in the required details and upload your proof of purchase on the Birthday Month. Promotion Page for submission for this Promotion which can be found on https://toyotires-myfanclub.com/event/birthday-rewards/
4. The participant will receive a Whatsapp confirmation upon successful submission and after verification and confirmation by TOYO on the eligibility and entitlement to the RM20 TNG eWallet Reload PIN.
5. The TNG eWallet Reload PIN will be delivered to your given WhatsApp number after your submission is verified, within 7 working days.

Redemption Terms & Conditions:

• Only applicable for minimum purchase of two (2) Toyo tyres per vehicle in a single receipt/invoice.
• The purchase of the two (2) Toyo Tyres must be within the Promotion Period and the Birthday Month to be eligible to redeem the RM20 TNG eWallet Reload Pin.
• Redemption must be submitted within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
• Each participant, whose participation shall be tracked by mobile telephone number and NRIC number, may only submit one (1) entry and may only purchase up to a maximum of four (4) units of tyres in relation to such entry.
• Participants must include all necessary details in the Online Application Form. Incomplete submissions will be discarded without prior notice. An incomplete submission is a submission which does not have complete details, is without or has incorrect/incomplete or unreadable proof of purchase or has incomplete details of the proof of purchase (without purchase item, tyre size, quantity, purchase unit price, invoice number, or invoice date).
• No replacement or exchange or cash refund will be entertained by TOYO.
• Limited units for redemption on a first-come first-served basis. While stocks last.
• The participant is required to redeem the RM20 TNG eWallet Reload PIN within a period of ONE (1) month (“Redemption Period”) after date of issuance.
• After the expiration of the Redemption Period, the RM20 TNG eWallet Reload PIN shall be deemed null and void, and no further redemption shall be possible.
• It is the sole responsibility of the participant to ensure that the RM20 TNG eWallet Reload PIN is redeemed within the Redemption Period.
• TOYO shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising from the failure to redeem the PIN within the stipulated period.
• TOYO reserves the right to substitute the RM20 TNG eWallet Reload PIN with others of similar value at any time without prior notice. All items are non-transferable and non-negotiable. The items are given on an “As Is” basis and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, credit, other items, or vouchers.
• TOYO decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, and no further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
• Any dispute will be settled through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
• TOYO reserves the right to cease, suspend and/or call off this Promotion at its sole discretion and as it deems fit and appropriate.

The Toyo Warranty Plus (TWP) programme was held to provide an opportunity for consumers to enjoy additional protection on the purchase of tyres against damage caused by the road hazard issue. It also gives confidence and peace-of-mind to consumers about Toyo Tires product quality.

1. Toyo Warranty Plus (TWP) provides specific protection to passenger tires and SUVs namely:

(a) New replacement market tires branded Toyo Tires with Proxes CR1/CR1 SUV, Proxes TR1 and Proxes Sport 2 models.

(b) Purchased from an authorized Toyo Tires dealers.

(c) Operated in normal service (i.e. for the purpose of its manufacture)

(d) This cover (TWP) is valid after the registration of the warranty is made within a period of not   more than 14 days from the date of purchase.

(e) This coverage period (TWP) is 6 month OR 10,000 km mileage from the date of purchase (Whichever comes first);

(f) This covered (TWP) is valid for any tyre purchase (as stated) in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak

(g) This covered (TWP) for Malaysian Citizen Only

(h) This cover (TWP) provides cover for ONLY damage as stated below.

Warranty against road hazard damage such as:

1. Impact and/or damage to the tire wall which causes it to become swollen.
2. Tyres is cut off due to sharp objects such as nails, glass fragments and objects that may cause failure in their tyres and cannot be repaired.

 

2. Eligibility

A minimum of two (2) tyre must be purchased in single receipt to be eligible for the Toyo Warranty Plus (TWP)

 

3. Registration

Tyre must be register for the Toyo Warranty Plus (TWP) within 14 days from the dates from purchase. Registration after 14 days period will not be accepted. By providing your personal data and submitting the same, you shall be deemed to be giving consent to the collection, storage, and/or processing of your personal data pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other data protection regulations/legislations.

 

4. What is not covered by Toyo Warranty Plus (TWP)

Below are the damages related to tires that are not covered under the plan.

1. Wear caused by improper and non-recommended balancing and alignments.
2. All types of damaged tyres. Where the condition may be repaired.
3. Rim irregularities and rim damage.
4. Vehicle mechanical failure include brake problems, etc.
5. Negligent and abusive driving such as tyre spinning or racing
6. Improper tyre storage
7. Accident, flood, fire.
8. Excessive exposure to high temperature
9. Chemical corrosion
10. Not recommended usage by the vehicle manufacturer.
11. Misuse or misapplication
12. Adding sealant other than the original sealant supplied by tyre manufacturer to the tyre
13. Regardless of the damage to the tire, which is not specified in Section 1, based on TWP term and condition.

 

5. Obligations

Toyo Tires will honour warranty claims that meet the guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions. All warranty claims will be assessed by Toyo Tires Technical Service department, and final decisions will be made by this team.

Tire replacement will be completed by participating authorized Toyo Tires dealers.

 

6. Warranty Claim

To make any eligible claim under TWP plan, make sure you present the tyre to participate dealer, together with booking form which can be found in the registered email, and receive confirmation via email stated that warranty registration* has been approved and confirmed.

• Any labour cost will be bear by customer
• This warranty does not affect the original TSM Limited Warranty Policy.
• No cash refund will provide during the process
• TWP coverages is limited only to the first new tyre and NOT on the replaced tyre.
• The parties agree that any dispute will be settled by good faith negotiation, failing which the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

* The completed warranty registration must also include a sales invoice as proof of purchase

 

7. General

This warranty is applicable only in Malaysia, subject to Malaysian law and the jurisdiction of the Malaysian Court.  Toyo Tire reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this TWP without prior notice.
